Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种用于24kV的变压器,包含铁芯,铁芯的铁芯柱上依次绕制有初级线圈、电气绝缘层、次级线圈,所述铁芯柱与初级线圈之间设置有绝缘筒。由于增加了绝缘筒,初级线圈绕制在圆柱形的绝缘筒上,可更好地得到支撑,同时,绝缘筒形状规则,受力均匀,不容易产生扭曲和变形,使得本实用新型的用于24kV的变压器机械强度增加,大大提高了抗短路能力。
The utility model discloses a 24kV transformer, which comprises an iron core, wherein a primary coil, an electric insulating layer and a secondary coil are sequentially coiled on an iron core post of the iron core; and an insulating barrel is arranged between the iron core post and the primary coil. As the insulating barrel is additionally arranged, the primary coil can be coiled on the cylindrical insulating barrel, so as to be supported better; meanwhile, due to the regular shape, the insulating barrel can have uniform stress and is not easy to be twisted and deformed, therefore, the mechanical strength of the 24kV transformer is enhanced, and the short-circuit resistance is greatly improved.
