Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种挖斗焊接作业用的变位机,包括主机座、与主机座相对应的传动机构I、C型臂、与C型臂相对应的传动机构II、装在C型臂底端上的装夹盘和设在C型臂内的除烟尘吸管,主机座内设有碳刷棒,通过碳刷棒使主机座与C型臂之间电联通,C型臂与传动机构I铰接,装夹盘与传动机构II铰接,除烟尘吸管的吸入口位于C型臂的端部,排出口位于主机座的上方。本实用新型集两轴变位、导电、除烟尘于一体,而且装夹简单。
The utility model discloses a positioner used for bucket welding operation. The positioner comprises a main machine seat, a transmission mechanism I corresponding to the main machine seat, a C-shaped arm, a transmission mechanism II corresponding to the C-shaped arm, a clamping disc arranged on the bottom end of the C-shaped arm, and a soot-catching sucker arranged in the C-shaped arm. The main machine seat is internally provided with a carbon brush rod and is electrically communicated with the C-shaped arm through the carbon brush rod; the C-shaped arm is articulated with the transmission mechanism I; the clamping disc is articulated with the transmission mechanism II; the suction inlet of the soot-catching sucker is arranged at the end of the C-shaped arm; and the discharge outlet is arranged above the main machine seat. The positioner integrates the two-shaft positioning, electric conduction and soot catching, and the clamping is simple.
