The utility model relates to a solar energy heat collection pipe, which comprises a vacuum pipe, a drainage pipe, a cup body, a base, a flow guide pipe and a baffle plate sleeved on the flow guide pipe through which the inner cavity of the base is divided into an upper cavity and a lower cavity, wherein an orifice is formed at the lower end of the drainage pipe, and the top end opening of the drainage pipe is connected with the lower end opening of the flow guide pipe; the cup body comprises a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet; the liquid inlet is communicated with the inner heat-exchange cavity of the vacuum pipe through the lower cavity; two annular filter screens are arranged on the drainage pipe and the vacuum pipe; the flow guide pipe is a circular pipe with a seal plate arranged at the top end, a liquid outlet opening is formed on the pipe wall at the lower end of the seal plate on the flow guide pipe, is communicated with the liquid outlet of the cup body through the upper cavity, and is communicated with the orifice of the drainage pipe through the drainage pipe; a circular hole is formed on the pipe wall adjacent to the bottom end of the flow guide pipe, a cotter pin penetrates through the circular hole, and a compression spring is arranged between the bottom part of the base and the cotter pin. The calcium and magnesium ions scaling can be effectively intercepted in the vacuum pipe through the two annular filter screens, and the thermal recovery efficiency and the hot water quality are ensured.
本实用新型涉及一种太阳能集热管,包括:真空管、引流管、杯体、基座、导流管、套于导流管上并将基座的内腔分成上、下两个腔体的隔板,引流管的下端具有孔口,引流管的顶端口接导流管的下端口;杯体包括:进液口和出液口;进液口经下腔体与真空管的换热内腔相通;引流管与真空管设有两个环状滤网;导流管是顶端设有密封板的圆管,导流管上于密封板下端的管壁上设有出液孔,出液孔经上腔体与杯体的出液口相通;出液孔同时经引流管与所述引流管的孔口相通;导流管的邻近底端的管壁上设有圆孔,开口销穿过圆孔,并将压缩弹簧设于基座的底部和开口销之间。两个环状滤网,能将水中的钙、镁离子结垢物有效拦截在真空管内,确保采热效率和热水水质。
