Abstract

The utility model discloses an injection molding porous ceramics radiator structure, which is made from ceramics materials, and comprises a heated bottom plate and two or more heat dissipation fins which are formed on the heated bottom plate, wherein the ceramics materials which are made into a radiator is injected to form through a twice foaming process in a milling mixing process. Particulates contained by the ceramics materials are finer during the homogenization process of the ceramics materials through twice foaming, thereby according with a porous structure which is needed by a radiator finished product, and achieving needed heat dissipation demands and standard.
本实用新型公开了一种射出成型的多孔性陶瓷散热器结构,其由陶瓷材质所制成,并包括受热底板、以及形成于受热底板上的两个或两个以上散热鳍片;其中,制成该散热器的陶瓷材料,在混炼程序中进行二次发泡程序而射出成型。借由二次发泡使陶瓷材料在均质化的过程中,能使其所含微粒更为细小,以符合散热器成品所需的多孔化结构,达到所需的散热需求及标准。
