一种管式换热器,属制冷供热技术领域。现有技术的板式(套管式)换热器存在怕脏、怕水垢、怕冻、流动阻力大,并且工艺复杂、价格高等问题。本实用新型主要由曲形管路形成的一种介质通道及套在曲形管路外面的粗直管路形成的另一种介质通道套合而成,介质在各自的管路中流动时,某介质的热能可以最大程度的传递给另一介质。该换热器具有换热效率高、节约能源、制造简单、使用方便、寿命长等特点。在制冷空调设备中做冷凝器或蒸发器使用,在供热系统中可做气~水或水~水换热设备使用。

The plate-type (or bushing-type) heat exchanger of the prior art has the problems of no dirtresistance, no incrustant resistance, no freezing resistance, large flow resistance, complex technology, high price and the like. The heat exchanger is formed by combining a medium channel formed bya curved pipeline with another medium channel which is sleeved outside the curved pipeline and is formed by a thick straight pipeline. When medium flows in each pipeline, the heat energy of a medium can be transferred to another medium to the greatest extent. The utility model has the advantages of high heat exchanging efficiency, energy resource saving, simple manufacture, convenient use, long service life and the like. The utility model serves as a condenser or an evaporator in a cooling air-conditioning device and as an air-water or water-water heat exchanger in a heating system.
